City garden in Rotterdam

The customer is a well-known indoor architect from Rotterdam. After discussions with various landscapers, the choice fell on Munter garden projects. The client’s wish was to equip their relatively small garden area with a swimming pool, and an outdoor area with a fireplace. The requirement regarding the swimming pool was that no traditional-looking pool was allowed. Even more importantly, no chlorine filter installation should be used due to sustainability. We opted for a Living Pool. The challenge was to create a round pool, which is very solid and durable. We had a swimming pool made of HDPE with a diameter of 6.5 metres. The result is amazing and we get a lot of national attention in the world of architects.
