Bio Pool with a Combination of Stainless Steel and Natural Stone

The owners were unhappy with their seven year old Natural Pool, as its unattractive flat areas demanded a lot of work to keep it clean. In addition, the pool no longer met their design needs. While searching for an alternative although still maintaining the natural, untreated water they found the BIOTOP Living Pool. A detailed examination of the Natural Pool by a BIOTOP Partner showed that the pool was suitable for conversion to a Living Pool. The existing pool liner was replaced with a new grey liner which caused the water to appear in a bright blue color. The Living Pool technology is hidden under an elegant wooden deck with a glass roof. Additionally a fully automatic solar cover is integrated into the design. Winner of “Pool Design Frog King 2012”
