Public Natural Pool “S-Park Sarleinsbach”

The existing outdoor community pool was becoming old and dilapidated. After intensive discussion the Sarleinsbach town council decided to build an "S-Park" with a natural pool and tennis courts. The "S" of S-Park Sarleinsbach stands for the German words for swimming, games and fun (Schwimmen, Spiel and Spass). The natural pool offers wooden docks, a pebble beach, a separate area for children and toddlers, a wooden diving tower and a floating island. The central building boasts an entrance, tennis club rooms, buffet, changing rooms, showers and toilets. Everything for fun and adventure. The S-Park Sarleinsbach was awarded the Upper Austrian Environmental Protection Prize in 1999.
