Urban oasis

Initial situation: city villa with a beautiful garden, chlorine pool in an unfavourable location and technical/structural deficiencies. As a result, customers hardly went swimming. The existing main terrace, barbecue & lounge area were visually/structurally separated from each other and rarely used due to the low quality of experience. With the idea to change from chlorine to Biotop pool, to enlarge and relocate with the aim to better integrate the terrace area, for less ingress of dirt and short distances, the main terrace is now open to the garden, the shower relocated and areas visually as well as functionally connected. Materials provide a harmonious look instead of an unsightly mix: new granite decking to match existing, Rorschach sandstone for walls, Kebony planks for wood decking.
